Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, bank holidays, or high demand periods.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to the delivery address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your delivery details. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by you.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispensed. To cancel, please contact us immediately at our registered email address.
Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispensed or dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the nature of medicinal products and patient safety regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your prescription is declined by our prescriber, you will receive a full refund of any medication costs paid. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been reviewed.
